SCRAM Systems is here to help you complete the training necessary to become knowledgeable on the equipment and supporting monitoring systems.

It is important that you complete this "Level 1" training as it is required by your Partner Agreement, and also offers many benefits, specifically providing training in the following areas:

• Navigating through the SCRAM Optix, SCRAMNET, SCRAMNET GPS, and LifeSafer Plus monitoring systems (as applicable)
• How to add equipment to the system and install equipment on clients
• Performance of the duties required to effectively manage and maintain a client caseload, including, monitoring, data interpretation, and reporting
• How to discharge a client from the monitoring program and check in the client's monitoring equipment
• Through review of the Participant Agreement and Health and Safety Notice, provides information to educate clients on how they can be successful while on the SCRAM Systems monitoring program

Please note, at a minimum, every installer needs to be “Level 1” trained and certified on the products they are installing.
